Kaikoura getaway

Wake up to bird song including Tui, Bellbirds and the distant sound of the ocean. Whilst only a short distance from the scenic drive north to Kaikoura the Getaway is a private peaceful two story, three bedroom timber house (two queen and two single beds), built mainly from recycled materials with a casual 'honey' feel.

The house is perched high up on a small hill with amazing views from all windows, rolling farmlands on the right, the Pacific Ocean on the left, back to Kaikoura township and the seafood mountains behind. The property consists of a few lifestyle paddocks and there are some friendly farm animals that guests are welcome to pat and feed: sheep, calves, Jersey Cow, Highlands Cow, goats, Kune pigs. Pekin ducks and chickens. There is also a wandering Peacock and bird aviary.
